- After completing the final year 10 quest, decode the Scrap Paper to arrive at the location of the final quest giver.
- The 10th scrap of paper gives you the order in which to arrange the other scraps, '... it seems to be ... 971624835 ...'
- Arranging the scraps in that orders yields a set of coordinates: [23.8S, 57.5W] to an island in Starmere Lake, whereupon one finds a Standing Stone.

Bestowal dialogue
'My new suspicion is that adventuring trouble-maker, Bingo Boffin. He is behind all this. Of course I haven't a shred of evidence, but I feel sure that I am right!'
Background
Every year in the spring, the Anniversary Scavenger Hunt takes place to celebrate a very special occasion.
- NOTE: This quest will be removed from your quest log when the current festival ends.
Objective 1
- Complete a Year Five scavenger hunt card for a reward!
Cards hang from the Party Tree. Each card contains a scavenger hunt to complete at your own pace. When you complete a scavenger hunt, bring the completed card to Waldo Rumble for a reward!
Objective 2
Waldo Rumble can be found next to the Party Tree in the Shire.
You should speak to Waldo Rumble to receive your reward for completing a scavenger hunt card!
- Waldo Rumble: 'Turns out Bingo Boffin has been busy reading about cooking at the Tuckborough library. Everyone saw him there. Well, I am fully dispirited now and ready to hand in the towel.'
- 'But no, I must persevere! The Party Planning Committee is counting on me, and trust me, friend, you do not want to disappoint the Party Planning Committee! Here, have another reward for all your help.'
- Check back with Waldo next week for further developments and more Scavenger Hunt cards!
