Walkthrough & Notes
Basically keep fishing until the timer runs out. I found it helpful to move my fishing skill to a number on the keypad and just used that. This quest is part of the deed Celebrating Sunshine.

Rewards
None - however the fish you collected can be bartered for festival items.

Quest Text

Bestowal dialogue 'The halflings are curious creatures. How they can so easily spend their time with party and play when the darkness looms, I know not. But perhaps we can all learn from them. 'I wish to help them with their festival, so I will allow you to fish off our docks and bring them the fruits of your labour.' Background The hobbits celebrating the Lithe Festival need many fish for their pond. The Elves have granted you permission to catch some off the port of Celondim. Objective 1 Catch as many fish as you can in twenty minutes The docks are at Celondim in Ered Luin, far to the west of Bree and the Shire. The docks of Celondim have long been a popular site for Elven Fishermen. They have allowed you some time to catch fish for the hobbits' Lithe Festival. Gaellien: 'I do not think it is wise to tarry long, mellon; your time is short enough as it is.'
