I hear that they are holding a demonstration of mounted archery in the form of a race. Whether you are skilled or not, you should try your hand at it. 'A friend of mine, Wulfherr, is overseeing the festivities. He will be able to provide you with everything you need. Let me know when you are ready to go to Scylfig, and I will arrange your travel.'
