You should defeat draugar and collect the relics they carry. Defeated a Wold Draug Objective 2 Collect relics from Draugar (0/8) Draugar can be found in Dwolung Hole in the Wold. You should defeat draugar and collect the relics they carry. Objective 3 Show the relics to Céolstan Céolstan stands in the stables of Harwick. You should bring the relics to Céolstan. Céolstan: 'Hm, I do not recognize the symbols on the relics you collected from the draugar. They almost look to be of a Dunlending quality, but I cannot tell for sure.
