Bestowal dialogue 'This battle is weakening some of our soldier's armour. With the holes I've seen in some of the armour, a blade in just the right spot could be fatal. 'There are turtles around the Anduin with very tough shells. Collect some of these shells and I'll have my best smith patch up the armour. We cannot afford these soldiers to fall on the battlefield on account of their clothes!' Background Cangoras asks for your assistance in gathering materials to help patch worn armour for the Gondorian soldiers within Osgiliath. Objective 1 Collect shells from River Turtles (0/10) River Turtles can be found along the Anduin in Osgiliath. You should collect River Turtle shells. Objective 2 Bring the Turtle Shells to Cangoras at the Palace of Eldacar Cangoras is at the Palace of Eldacar. You should bring the Turtle Shells to Cangoras. Cangoras: 'I shall bring these shells to the smith. Great work soldier. You've no doubt saved a life or two with your efforts.'
