Walkthrough & Notes

Turn left as soon as you can and go down the tunnel to a room with a waterfall and a bridge. Cross the bridge and walk along the narrow ledge to the first Supplies and Captain on the right. Kill the Captain and burn the Supplies. (The tunnel behind them is long and empty and leads back to the beginning). (Best not jump down to the Captain below. The third Supplies will appear there later, after you have destroyed the second set of Supplies.) Go back and go down the tunnel where you left the bridge, at the fork in the tunnel go left. Work your way to the southernmost cavern. Kill the Captain and burn the second Supplies (which appears after you have destroyed the first set of Supplies). Go back up but enter the other tunnel before you reach the bridge. Follow it all the way while killing Orc Grunts. Soon you will be on the lower floor in the room with the waterfall. Kill the Captain and burn the third Supplies. Return to the entrance and leave through the door.

Quest Text

Bestowal dialogue '<name>, it does not seem possible, but I am not blind and have seen it with my own eyes: already a new store of supplies has been deposited at Cuvnerth. 'The Dunlendings have not had time to secure more supplies...they must have a benefactor with great resources, and we must discover who that benefactor is. 'Let me know when you are ready to travel once more to Cuvnerth. There are caverns below the village through which the supplies were probably brought.' WARNING: This is a solo instance and cannot be completed in a fellowship. Background Despite your efforts to disrupt the stockpiles at Cuvnerth, a new store of supplies has appeared at the village. Objective 1 Talk to Garrun to journey into the cavern below Cuvnerth Garrun is at his camp, west of Cuvnerth. You speak with Garrun when you are ready to enter Cuvnerth. Garrun: 'Are you ready to enter the caverns below Cuvnerth? We must discover the source of the Dunlendings' supplies.' Objective 2 Talk to Garrun in the Isendale Garrun is at his encampment, west of Cuvnerth. You should speak with Garrun regarding your discoveries in the cavern. Garrun: 'These tidings trouble me, <name>. I do not understand whay the Orcs are supplying the Dunlendings...they are as much enemies as the Rohirrim and the Orcs. 'Even if these Orcs are roges serving no one, this is a troubling alliance.'
