Walkthrough & Notes

All progress is retained on defeat, or if leaving and re-entering the mission. Mobs that have the  Enraged corruption, will retain it. There are more than enough mobs before the stairs, to complete the mission, but the mission chest appears halfway up the stairs, so if one wishes to loot that, skip a few, before ascending the staircase. Berserkers with "Aggressive" stance will, when being attacked and with morale below a 40% threshold, periodically acquire a stacking  Bloodied Rage corruption on the Berserker. This corruption is removable. Berserkers with "Inspirational" stance will, when being attacked and with morale below a 40% threshold, periodically cast an interruptible Fight On ability (compare the Champion skill with the same name), which places a non-removable  Bloodied Fury corruption on the Berserker. Despite the wording on the Inspirational Stance tooltip, these mobs have not been observed placing this corruption on their allies, only themselves. When that corruption expires, it triggers a  Winded debuff. Suspend combat for the duration of the Bloodied Fury corruption, then use high-impact damage-dealing abilities during the Winded interval. NOTE: DoT pulses can trigger the Bloodied Fury heal, even if the DoT was started before the corruption existed.

Upon completing the mission, you will find a "Mission Reward" chest containing: about 250 Silver (level dependent) 1 to 3 Tokens of the Kharum-ubnâr

Bestowal Dialogue 'You are to travel to the Dimrill Dale at once and plant our banners upon every Orc you slay!'  Twist: Raging Background Despite the failure of the Iron Garrison, the dwarves will not allow the Orcs of Khazad-dûm to spill forth into Azanulbizar, the Dimrill Dale. Objective 1 Plant banners on defeated Orcs in the Dimrill Dale (0/12) Your mission is to defeat Orcs in the Dimrill Dale and plant banners of the Gabil'akkâ upon them. MISSION COMPLETE! Objective 2 Talk to Vorthur Smokebreath A longbeard scout has arrived to escort you back to Akrâz-zahar! Longbeard Scout shouts : Great work, <name>! Now, let's get out of here! 'We cannot let the Orcs forget that Khazad-dûm belongs to Durin's Folk, <name>! Let us return!'
