Anniversary Gifts Many of the citizens of Eriador are in a gift-giving mood. They request that you deliver a certain item to a person, and in turn, that person asks you to return the favour and give a gift to another person forming a circle of quests that leads you back to the first person. You can pick up the quest at any point and the quests are repeatable every few days.

Bestowal dialogue'Hail, friend. Might I ask a favour of you? 'I was put in charge of sending out invitations to the residents of Bree, to let them know of the festival events underway. Maybe you received one yourself? Well, I was about to send out another stack of envelopes when a strong wind came along and blew them all away! Can you collect the invitations around town for me?' BackgroundPercy Bywood has lost the invitations he intended to send out to inform everyone of the anniversary festival. NOTE: This quest will be removed from your quest log when the current festival ends. Objective 1
The envelopes are scattered around Bree. Percy Bywood has asked you to look inside envelopes scattered around town return to him any invitations you find.
Objective 2
Percy Bywood is near the Boar-fountain in Bree. You should return the invitations you found to Percy Bywood.
