Walkthrough & Notes

There are two versions of this quest, both are rep gated and neither requires The State of the Expedition to be completed. Both reset on Sundays and you can complete version 2 even if you already have completed version 1 the same week. Version 1 is available at Acquaintance rep. It gives 100 Motes for 15 Marks of the Longbeards. Version 2 is available at Ally rep. It gives 200 Motes for 20 Marks of the Longbeards.

Quest Text

Bestowal dialogue 'Greeting my friend. If you are looking for Motes, I have just a few. I would be willing to part with them if you have any Marks of the Longbeards.' This quest can be completed weekly. Background The Dwarf-holds Rewards Quartermaster has a small quantity of Motes available. Objective 1 Talk to the Dwarf-holds Rewards Quartermaster Talk to the Dwarf-holds Rewards Quartermaster to trade Longbeard Marks for Motes. This quest can be completed weekly. Quartermaster: 'It is a worthwhile trade! I am glad you agree. This is all I have though. Perhaps I will acquire more Embers soon!' Completing this quest will remove 15 Marks of the Longbeards.
