Haerondir Gladhir [105] Bane of the Serpent There are two entrances to Dûm Boha: one at the second level of Haerondir [36.9S, 7.9W] and one off the plain behind Hareondir [36.1S, 6.5W] (the "main entrance"). If you first obtain the Bane of the Serpent from Gladhir in Haerondir and then proceed into Dûm Boha via the path behind him, you will receive the landscape quests below as you enter the camp. If you enter Dûm Boha from the "main entrance" off the plain behind Hareondir, you will get all quests bestowed as you enter. Walkthrough & Notes

This quest is auto bestowed upon approaching the Udûn-cast Strongbox at the end of the Skoironk or Towers of the Teeth resource instances. Like the main resource instance quests, it has a one-day cooldown. A Set of Brittle Lock-picks is required to open the Udûn-cast Strongbox. The lock-pick can be bartered from a Herbalist (Host of the West). There are four versions of this quest that can all be active simultaneously, one for each resource instance at each group size (i.e., Skoironk Solo, Skoironk Fellowship, Towers Solo, Towers Fellowship). The Fellowship versions each offer an additional 2 Ithilien Essence Fragments as a reward. It is possible to turn in both Solo versions of the quest at either of the lockboxes in the Solo instances, vice versa for the Fellowship versions. Accordingly, if you forget to bring a lock-pick during the Skoironk solo run, you can purchase two lock-picks before running the Towers of the Teeth solo version, and turn in both quests simultaneously. Similar logic applies for the fellowship instances.

Bestowal dialogue You have discovered a locked Udûn-cast Strongbox. If you have a key, you should unlock it and claim its contents. Background In the lands of the Enemy, a locked strongbox can hold both resources and hope. Objective 1 Find the Udûn-cast Strongbox Udûn-cast Strongboxes can be found somewhere in the depths of Skoironk or within the Towers of the Teeth. Objective 2 Obtain a lock-pick and open the Udûn-cast Strongbox Udûn-cast Strongboxes can be found somewhere in the depths of Skoironk or within the Towers of the Teeth. If you have a lock-pick, you should attempt to open the strongbox. Udûn-cast Strongbox: The locking mechanism gives way, breaking your lock-pick as it opens.
