Interact with Bubbling Water in Dath Nethryn to make a Voracious Leech appear. Each spot of Bubbling Water can only spawn one leech at a time, but can spawn over and over in sequence. Despite the quest text, Voracious Leeches are not especially dangerous, being passive until attacked and only Swarm rating. This quest automatically completes.

The Conquest of Gorgoroth requests an adventurer to travel to Lhingris and exterminate them. They are known to lurk beneath the water's surface and will attack if the water is disturbed.'
