'The Sûhalar encampment against the northern Rammas must be stopped. Free their horses to stop further patrols from searching for the Rohirrim, then burn their tents to plunge the encampment into chaos. I'm counting on you.'

Background

The Sûhalar Easterlings have constructed an encampment at the base of the northern Rammas. Ingold proposes an effort to cripple the forces gathered there.

Jal Vârsha can be found along the northern Rammas in southern Talath Anor.

You should free their horses.
