Background You have entered Minas Caul in search of Bâlak, the emissary of the White Hand. Objective 1 Defeat Bâlak You must defeat Bâlak. Bâlak says, "Are you threatening the White Hand? How dare you! You will pay for your attempts!" Bâlak says, "To me, Orcs! They will not stop this alliance!" Bâlak says, "There is death to be had! Come share in their blood!"
