Bestowal dialogue As you explore Tingobel, you notice grim banners of the Rashat-hai hanging about the buildings nearby. These banners do little more than insult the memory of the Gondorian people that until recently inhabited Tingobel. Tearing down these banners may both honour the people of Blackroot Vale and loosen the Enemy's grip on the region. Background Banners of the Rashat-hai litter the mountainside village of Tingobel, spiting those that escaped from the Orc-raid. Objective 1 Objective 1 Rashat-hai banners can be found throughout Tingobel in northeastern Blackroot Vale. You have discovered banners of the Rashat-hai while exploring Tingobel and should destroy them. Objective 2 Destroy Rashat-hai banners (0/6) You have destroyed many Rashat-hai banners. With the Rashat-hai banners removed, the people of Blackroot Vale are one step closer to reclaiming Tingobel from the Enemy.
