This quest auto-bestows at level 130. Torech Ungol can be reached two ways. One from Morgul Vale by following the road north of Echad Taerdim. Second it can be reached by going through the crack in the wall at the back of The Tower of Cirith Ungol in Lhingris. Celeborn can be found at [33.8N, 13.4E] Remmorchant discovery is at [34.6N, 14.0E] After defeating Shelob at the end of the raid, talk to Celeborn atop the spire before exiting the instance to complete the quest and obtain the quest rewards.

You should return to Echad Taerdim in Cirith Ungol and report to Mablung. Background Celeborn and the Rangers of Ithilien are prepared to enter the depths of the Remmorchant, and have called for your aid. The time has come to once again face Shelob. Objective 1 Talk to Mablung Mablung is awaiting your return in Echad Taerdim, the Ranger camp in Cirith Ungol. You should report to Mablung when you are able.
