Blade-beak Ravagers have a large nesting ground at Blade-beak Dens. [1.0S, 37.3W] They are also found along the roads just to the east of the Earth-kin camp. They seem to share spawn locations with Spiders, so you may need to defeat some of those to get the Hill-claws to spawn.
