'Even so, I do not think Karazgar's words are without meaning. He will attack Skarháld as he promised, and we will need to repel him. Go to your friend Durin inside the keep and help him assess our equipment. I want to ensure we have weapons and armour enough for my Zhélruka when Karazgar does attack.'
Background
Karazgar, the Weeping Warrior, has promised to bring war to Skarháld, and Bótuz Frostblood wants you to ready the defences.
Objective 1
Durin is inside Tharrazhâr, the keep of Skarháld.
- Durin: 'I heard some of the Zhélruka talking, <name>. Is it true that Karazgar has promised three assaults upon Skarháld? This inventory of the supplies has become much more important than it was mere hours ago! Have you come to assist me?
- 'I would appreciate it if you could tally the weapons and armour contained in the side room, and to inspect the siege defences outside the keep. We will need to know what deserves the most attention if we are to prepare in time for Karazgar's return.'

- Durin: 'I feared it was so, for the siege defences seemed in a poor state, even to my casual eye. Speak to some of the craftsmen here in the keep and see if they can repair the ballistae or produce a greater supply of heavy arrows to be set with them.
- 'I hold no authority over these dwarves, but I hope they will understand the importance of these suggestions! My teachers impressed upon me the need for suitable preparations; it is much better to mourn the lost time after a victory that it is to mourn a lost battle!'
