Quest Text

Bestowal dialogue 'Before Damrod left, he spoke to me about Cair Andros. As you may know, it was forcefully taken before the Battle of the Pelennor. Some of the Gondorians who dwelled there, who were not slain, may be held captive. Damrod believes this to be true. While he was patrolling close to the fortress, he heard the crying of a child! We must find anyone still alive in Cair Andros and free them!' Background Leading a band of Gondorians, Duinhir, lord of Blackroot Vale, has been tasked with the retaking of Cair Andros. Objective 1 Defeat Maushlak Maushlak, an Uruk cook, is holding captives to vie for power at Cair Andros. You should defeat Maushlak. Maushlak says, "You're not getting past me." Maushlak says, "This filth here is my bargaining chip for power in this place!" Maushlak says, "You want me to add you to my stock pile? Fine!" Maushlak says, "Dead or alive, you'll do just fine to get me running this place!" Maushlak says, "Well this didn't work out as I planned." Defeated Maushlak Objective 2 Rescue captives (0/4) Captives are being held at Cair Andros. You should rescue the captives. Gondorian Peasant says, "My family and I were kidnapped from Crithost." Gondorian Child says, "If they were going to eat us, you'd think they'd give us some food." Gondorian Peasant says, "I am glad that my family and I are safe, thanks to you." Gondorian Child says, "I just want to play hide and seek with my friend, Tolwin, again." Objective 3 Talk to Duinhir near Cair Andros Duinhir can be found near Cair Andros.
