Quest Text

Bestowal Dialogue In the distance you can see the silhouettes of many kinds of ballistae that the White Hand brought with them. They seem to be preparing them for use, likely against Brockbridge. There may not be time to destroy the machines, but you can ignite any fuel used in setting the missiles aflame. Background There are silhouettes of many kinds of ballistae throughout Madh-fushaum. It appears that the White Hand brought the machines with them from Isengard. Objective 1 Find a torch You should explore Madh-fushaum in search of a torch to ignite the fuel stored near the machines. Obtained a torch Objective 2 Destroy the fuel (0/8) There are silhouettes of many types of ballistae throughout Madh-fushaum. The fuel to ignite the missiles should be somewhere near the machines. Objective 3 Completed The stock of fuel is destroyed and will reduce the effectiveness of the White Hand ballistae. Ballistae devastate any defensive positions. It is a small victory, but you have destroyed the fuel which allowed those devastating missiles to also rain fire down upon the defenders.
