Dagrun's family crest can be found on a stamp on the second floor of the Master's Manor. The Master's safe can be found on the third floor of the Master's Manor. Othur's family crest can be found on some Documents in the Trade Commission Headquarters. Isgird is standing at the top of some stairs in the northwesternmost corner of Lake-town.

You should find representations of Dagrun's and Othur's family crests, speak to old Isgird, and check the old Master's chest to verify that Othur's stolen treasure is not there.
