Background While searching Thornhope for survivors, you discovered a man aggrieved by the loss of his family. Objective 1 Talk to Wadel You have found a grieving man hiding in the ruins Objective 2 Talk to Wadel Wadel is hiding in the brush near the ruins of his home in Thornhope. You should escort Wadel to safety. Wadel: 'I have lost everything…why will they not kilol me as well?' You manage to convince Wadel that his family would wish him to live and that he should seek safety when you next distract the Orcs. 'I-I will do so…I-I will live, if only to have my revenge upon the beasts.' Objective 2 Talk to Wadel at Bértnoth's camp Wadel is at Béortnoth's camp, outside of Thornhope. You should speak with Wadel when you return to Béortnoth's camp. Wadel: 'I should thank you, stranger, for by living I may be avenged for the deaths of my family.'
