Norbury Gates is a landmark within the Fields of Fornost in The North Downs. [8.8S, 55.2W]

Proud these gates stand guard over the North-South Road running out of Fornost, once a royal high-road reaching far and wide the realms of Arnor. Now orcs have set up camps by their foundations and wargs are prowling for the unaware. However, a distance inside the gates the determined warrior may find the Treasure Hunters' Camp, a bit westward.

Lore

The Norbury Gates were once the main entrance into the king’s city of Fornost Erain. The gates were laid to ruin and rebuilt by the Witch-king of Angmar when he seized the city for himself.
