Mount Gram is a mountain located at the end of a western stretch of foothills of the Misty Mountains leading through the Ettenmoors. In III 2747, a band of orcs led by Golfimbul came from Mount Gram and invaded the Northfarthing of the Shire. They were defeated by a force of Hobbits led by Bandobras Took at the Battle of Greenfields.
Recently, a great war-camp has been established by the Army of Angmar at the foot of the mountain. It is here where they gather their numbers to march south into the lands of the Free Peoples.
