The Burglar Tools Minor Legacy Pulse Modifier for Glee will add up to five pulses to the healing and power restore effects of this skill.
Tactical Information
This skill is one of the few Morale and Power restore skills a Burglar possesses. Using the skill Ready and Able will reset the cooldown on this skill.
