- -1% Power cost to all non-Anthem Skills
- +1% Tactical Damage to all Ballads, Codas, and Cries
- Expires if out of combat for 9 seconds.

- The trait Piercing Ballads from The Warrior-Skald Traits branch increases the Critical Chance of this skill by 3 to 15 percent (3 per Rank).
- The trait Emboldening Finish from The Warrior-Skald Traits branch enables a 10 to 30 percent chance for this skill to add 3 percent to the stacking damage enhancement activated by using the Coda.
- The trait Inspiring Finish from The Watcher of Resolve Traits branch enables a 10 to 30 percent chance for this skill to add 3 percent to the stacking Outgoing Healing enhancement activated by using the Coda.
