Description
Maerhiniath is found just south-east of The Market of Rivendell, by the gazebo. He is not an Explorer of Eregion but suggests the same deal. Those explorers are elves that appear in several settlements and cities, exploring and offering characters with a high enough level a quest that leads to Eregion.
