Bureaucrats Rights and Privileges

A Bureaucrat can do what an Administrator can do, plus additional things in boldface.

  • Edit all user rights (userrights)
  • Merge users (usermerge)
  • Not be affected by rate limits (noratelimit)
  • Rename users (renameuser)

The next level of rights and privileges is Director.
