Legendary Book Pages

Pages from all three of the Legendary Books for each class are found on enemies scattered across Angmar, Eregion, and Moria, Forochel, Moria, and the Misty Mountains.

The first four pages of a book can be found on enemies scattered across Angmar, Eregion, and Moria. The last four pages of a book can be found on enemies scattered across Forochel, Moria, and the Misty Mountains.

All Legendary Book Pages drop as reward items from Creature defeats and are automatically added to their respective books, and any remaining pages in player's inventories have been marked as (Old). (Historically, it was possible to acquire multiple pages and trade them.)

It is important to talk to the NPC mentioned in the relevant quest before commencing to find the pages. The pages do not begin to drop until you talk to the relevant NPC to progress this initial part of the deed quest.

An easy way to acquire the last four pages is by repeating the instance I.5.5 Tale: The Last Refuge available by peering into the Reflecting Pool in Rivendell, just west of the Last Homely House. If behind on the epic, alternatives include the guards near Helegrod ^{[17.9S, 2.2W]} and goblins around Caldwell Pool ^{[22.6S, 1.2E]}.
