Lûghash, the Flaming Spire is located within the area of Dor Amarth in the Plateau of Gorgoroth. ^{[42.8S, 15.8E]} After completion of the quest A House Forged Anew, Lûghash becomes known as the Oath Taker's Horn.

There are two entrances to Lûghash:

• The hidden gate at the rooftop is entered first during the quest The Path to the Flaming Spire. Once completed, access is always available. To reach it, climb the stairs at the rear pathway of Lûghash (near the group of Devoted Warriors).
• Access to the front entrance is acquired via the quest Breaking the Oath-taker's Horn.
