Tactical Information
This skill executes a 360 degree attack around the Burglar, forces affected targets to attack the Burglar for 10 seconds and places a reflecting shield on them, which reduces incoming damages and reflects damage back at attackers. After 10 seconds, aggro from the Burglar is reduced in a similar radius.
