Kheledûl is an area within Ered Luin in the eastern region.

On the banks of river Lhûn and just at the feet of the Ered Luin (Sindarin for Blue Mountains) Thorin Oakenshield founded this great port to handle goods coming and going. However, now Dourhand Dwarves have take control of the port-city which they use for their foul business with the northerly Angmar, and for other evil plots.
