What does "Expertise recipe" mean?

I am not certain of the meaning of the statement in the ToolTip - "Ingredient Packs cannot be used with Bulk or Expertise recipes."

Bulk Recipes I know, but not "Expertise recipes;" I've not encountered that term before. Does it mean "Single-Use recipes?" If so, that is another significant restriction on their usefulness.

• Typical Bulk Recipe: Item:Bulk Relic of Khazad-dûm Recipe
• Item:Journeyman Tailor Expertise Recipe - which seems to relate to Item:Journeyman Expertise Token

Expertise Recipes appear to be Recipes which generate experience only -- not items. Does anyone have any experience with these?

From a quick check with my Scholar, there is no option to use these for Guild reputation item recipes such as Large Supreme Scroll or for Guild research recipes such as Etching of Moria Recipe. The Expertise recipes appear to be specific to Skirmish Camps from barters' which provide crafting reputation (like guild items) in exchange for marks. ~ Moonraker - Toodlepip (talk) 05:48, 24 February 2016 (UTC)
