Item Information
Legendary fragments are acquired by deconstructing higher-level legendary items (level 61 or higher) at a Relic-master. The legendary item must have item levels over 20 and must have relics slotted or you will NOT receive fragments from deconstructing it. The higher the item level the more fragments obtained. Legendary fragments can be dropped by creatures or found in chests as well.
