This skill will replace Sign of Power: Command.
Traits
When Enfeeble is equipped, this skill first applies a more powerful version of the effect (in which the attack and parry rating debuff are doubled) for a duration of 10 seconds.
The trait set bonus Force of Will (The Ancient Master) increases the duration of the effect caused by this skill by 5 seconds.
Effects
Using this skill causes Sign of Power: Command to occur on an enemy target.
Interactions
The Lore-master's Book Legacy Signs of Power Durations increases the duration of the debuff that is applied by this skill by up to 30s.
The Lore-master's Imbued Book Legacy Signs of Power Durations and Signs of Power Debuff Rating increases the duration of the debuff that is applied by this skill by up to 35s and adds -3400 rating.
Tactical Information
This improved version of Sign of Power: Command not only debuffs a target by decreasing their parry rating and adding attack duration, it also applies the same debuff to up to five enemies within the huge radius of 10m of the target. This way it is possible to debuff whole groups of enemies at once, granting the Lore-master more time to use other skills.
You can use (Improved) Sign of Power: Command before engaging a fight, as the skill will not cause an enemy to aggro. Using it on a stealthed enemy will break it out of stealth, but will not aggro it.
Lore
The animation of Improved Sign of Power: Command shows the word tûr, written in Tengwar. This can be translated as 'lordship'.
Known Issues
The Lore-master's Book Legacy Signs of Power Durations does not affect the duration of this skill when the trait Enfeeble is equipped.
