The scouting groups of Half-Orcs outside Grimslade are fastest for solo. Great spot, you can start just outside Grimslade and then head to the camp Fushum Raus ^{[63.3S, 80.9W]}. At end of camp, there is a cave door to outside, can keep making the same way in circles and by then the orcs will be respawned ;)
