    Rain of Arrows at Rank 2

    This effect cannot occur more than once every 30 seconds.

    Rain of Arrows Critical Hits have a 50% chance to:
    Resets the Cooldown of Rain of Arrows
    -10 Rain of Arrows Cooldown
    Duration: 1s
     
    Rank 2
    Increases Application Chance to: 100%
