General Information

Class: Guardian

Level: 39

Source: A Shield-maiden's Song

Traits

The Guardian's Threat Legendary trait must be equipped to use this skill.

The Defender of the Free trait line can increase the threat bonus by an additional 8%.

Interactions

The Guardian's Threat Parry and Block Rating legacy can increase the Parry and Block rating granted by this stance.

Tactical Information

A stance that dramatically increases the threat of your skills. The downside is that it lacks the flat % chance of avoidance granted by Guardian's Defence, which increases your damage taken and may reduce the chance of highly threatening block reactive skills.

The +100 to Block and Parry rating is static for every level, the only way to increase it being through the Guardian's Threat Parry and Block Rating legendary item legacy.

Note that like any Legendary skill obtainable at level 39, you can buy the book and obtain the skill at level 39, but you must be level 41 before you can equip and use it. Note: this stance has been removed with legendary traits and Guardian stances as of the Helm's deep expansion
