Requirements:
	Be the founder of a Hobbit, Race of Man or Mixed Kinship -or- be the founder of a Mixed Tribe.

Details:
	This title is only available to the founder of a Hobbit-only, Race of Man-only or mixed membership kinship. -or- of a Mixed Tribe.
