Firework launching area

This requirement is for using the items Red Festival Firework, Green Festival Firework, Blue Festival Firework, and Yellow Festival Firework. You need to be standing at the fireworks launching area in northern Bree.

• This is simply the Fireworks area upon the hill by the west gate in Bree. It is present in most all festivals.
