Description

Fingwen is found within the Hall of Fire, at the northern wing at the ground floor of the Last Homely House. She is the Barber for Rivendell Valley and The Trollshaws.

Barbers are located in major settlements, allowing characters to change various aspects of their appearance, including hair style, facial hair, hair colour, eye colour, skin colour, the shape of the face, and facial details such as scars, wrinkles, and freckles.
