Fervar is a landmark within Imlad Balchorth, in Angmar. [7.3N, 27.3W]
Reached only by a long, crude staircase, wedged between two fell pools of water, are these barrows atop a perch in the northwestern section of the area. From atop these mounds, one can get a rather decent view of the surrounding tombs and wastes, so long as they don't mind the wights and fell-creatures that shamble about.
