The trait Closing Remarks in the Solitary Thunder trait tree increases the damage of this skill by up to 50% and reduces the cooldown by 50% when the effect is consumed. After the consumption, the effect Aftershock is bestowed.
Interactions
The skill Concession and Rebuttal alters Epic Conclusion to leave a DoT for a portion of the damage dealt. Generally, you only want to use Epic Conclusion if you can get this DoT and the Afterschock buff, sinces consuming all your Battle Attunement leads to a damage reduction due to losing the Tale of The Storm critical chance and damage buff.
