Interactions
The skill Concession and Rebuttal alters Epic Conclusion to leave a DoT for a portion of the damage dealt. Generally, you only want to use Epic Conclusion if you can get this DoT, because consuming all your Battle Attunement leads to a damage reduction due to losing the Tale of the Storm critical chance and damage buff.
