Emyn Beraid is also known as the Tower Hills and is a region between Mithlond (the Grey Havens) and The Shire. Currently, it is inaccessible in-game, and no mention of its future release has been made.

No earlier than II 3320 Gil-galad built elven-towers on these hills for Elendil's account. The tallest of these held the Elendil Stone, the last of the palantíri of the North. — lorebook
