Each Eastfold Hills Homesteads neighborhood has one Eastfold Hills Deluxe House (Special) house at 3 Peak Way. In addition to the normal features of a Eastfold Hills Deluxe House, this house also has a interior tower location accessible by a path up the mountain.

(Note: It is possible to fall off of the tower, and this fall can incapacitate you. If you are incapacitated in Eastfold Hills Homesteads and on level, the nearest rally point is at ^{[63.66S, 63.92W]}, approximately 875 meters away from the entrance. If you are not on level, you will be returned to a safe area.)

Each neighborhood contains eleven addresses. One Deluxe House with a unique feature (see below), nine regular Deluxe Houses (see Eastfold Hills Deluxe House), and one Mead Hall (see Deluxe Mead Hall).

The floor plan of the house is two exterior doors, each leading in to adjoining rooms. At the end of the road leading to the house is the main (front) door. Around the right side of the house is the the side door. The rooms on the ends have stairs down to a three-room basement. The room in the middle has stairs up to a one-room loft. The maintenance cost is 1 .

Each Eastfold Hills Deluxe House (Special) comes with 164 decoration hooks (+22 from Deluxe House) and 14 lighting hooks (-3 from Deluxe House) across two interiors, and 31 exterior hooks. (Note that one of the Huge Yard hooks is on top of the tower.)
