Diminished Target, which requires 10 ranks in the Assailment specialization.
Additional points in the trait increase the tactical mitigation debuff up to an additional -5%, for a total of -10%.
Effects
Using this skill activates the 
Diminished Target effect on the target.
Tactical Information
Using this skill lowers the tactical mitigation of enemies for a short time. The effective range of this skill is 40m; 30m from the skill +10m bonus from the Assailment trait tree bonus.
Interactions
- Wearing 4 pieces of the Lancer's Battle-dress of the Abyss set will increase the duration of this skill by 10 seconds.
- Wearing 4 pieces of the Renewed Armour of a Warden's Recollection set will increase this skill's debuff strength by 5%.
