Dark Runner

The Dark Runner is an NPC that will show up in the south-western part of the Shire Homesteads at night, along Haven Way. He will run along the fence posts in a circle around the fields there, shouting. He loops around Aster Bracegirdle ^{[37.5S, 75.1W]}, who doesn't seem to mind his antics enough to get him to stop.
