In the shadows of Weathertop, at its north-western slopes, a Ranger named Candaith watches over the lost guard tower, offering advice to adventurers that pass by on epic quests. His camp is located by the old road between Bree-land and this area, hidden behind a thin ridge just next to the large orc-camp of Glumhallow.
