The term bubble refers to an ability which absorbs a certain amount of damage. Until the bubble's absorb amount is fully-depleted, you will take no damage.

A bubble differs from a heal in that a Heal must be cast after damage occurs (to restore Morale), and is wasted if cast on targets who are not damaged. A bubble, on the other hand, can still prevent incoming damage (even on full-Morale targets), but it cannot replenish Morale that has already been lost.
