General Information
Class: Hunter
Blood Arrow is now a general Hunter skill that is automatically granted at level 40. Blood Arrow now has normal Power costs instead of Morale costs. The default cooldown is now 10 seconds. This skill heals 10% of Max Morale on-hit.
Note - With Update 20 - Battle of the Black Gate the heal over time duration was decreased from 20s to 10s without changing the overall magnitude of heal, so each tick is larger.
Interactions
Equipping 4 pieces of the Archer's Battle-gear of the Abyss set will reduce the cooldown of this skill by 5 seconds. Template:Verified
